Warm Mix Asphalt
What is warm mix asphalt (WMA)? WMA is mixed at a lower heat than traditional hot mix asphalt (HMA), this produces less CO2 emissions during manufacture, which results in a more sustainable solution for road applications. In short, warm mix asphalt reduces CO2 emissions by using less fossil fuels and resources during the manufacturing process.
