I was thinking about a Burke a few months ago, but decided against it. Nothing against the mill but I have a Burke Millrite and a project Mill Drill... Maybe in the future. There were 2 Burke benchtops listed in Edmonton a few months ago one was $1200 with tooling (still listed) and the second was $850 (ad is removed). Is this one closer to you?
