As shown in the result of single mineral flotation (Fig. 1 a), Cu recovery was ∼60 % in the absence of collector and significantly increased up to ∼95 % with increasing collector dosage. On the other hand, the result of single mineral flotation of sphalerite showed poor recovery ranging from 20 to 28 % even with excess dosage of collector.
